Navigating the craziness of my graphic design job is a blast with my team of design superheroes. When design challenges arise, our colleagues swoop in like magic artists, wielding color tools. Amid the creative adventure and laughter, the team and I bond over hilarious Rajpal Yadav memes, our secret laughter therapy for work conversations. When our digital creations finally click into place, it's a gold medal moment, as if we've won the art Olympics. This job is more than work; it's a transformative journey turning pixels into poetry and beauty.
A two-year-long journey that has seen ideas pouring over during routine afternoon chai, deadlines, and campaigns activating brain cells of which I wasn't aware, and pushing the limits of creativity alongside a pack of like-minded, meme-enthusiastic, fun-loving people. The liberty, encouragement, and supreme guidance I've received have given me proven lifelong skills in management, art-direction, judgment, and consumer psychology. Taking on challenges and doing things the Offbeat way is now a characteristic for which I'd forever be grateful. Thank you, Team Offbeat, for providing me with this opportunity.
It’s been great working with Offbeat, as a photographer you expect to work with different clients so that you can explore your field deeply. And it’s all possible because of the mutual trust amongst colleagues and the restless need to always take up new challenges & do better each day.
In this wild ride of design with my amazing team, I've discovered the superpower to make things look seriously cool. It's like being part of a friendly family, creating mind-blowing stuff together. Yeah, work can be a bit of a rollercoaster, but it turns out, that's the secret sauce for our awesome designs. And guess what? Everybody throws high-fives and shouts 'great job,' and I have to admit, it feels pretty awesome. It's like a joyous carousel of colors and shapes, and every spin makes me a bit less shy and a bit better at this design adventure.
The moment you enter the office premise you will be greeted with energy and sense of creativity. I was constantly impressed by the strategic thinking, creativity, and execution of each work as a team. For me Offbeat helped me to learn and push the boundaries every single day. Each and every member of my team has been a driving force for me to try something new everytime. I am glad to have this privilege of working with Offbeat.
As I pen this testimonial, it's hard to believe I've been part of the Offbeat family since 2020. One of the things I love most about Offbeat is that it's a place where weird is wonderful and ordinary is, well, a bit boring. We don't just think outside the box; we live outside it! (humne uss box ke bahar tent laga liya hai with our cup of chai ofcourse!) Offbeat's vibe isn't just about coexisting in office spaces; it's about sharing inside jokes, exploring crazy ideas, and making a collective effort to transform the everyday into something extraordinary.
I thought I'd seen it all, having worked at some of the city's top agencies. But Offbeat blew me out of the water with their mind-blowing content and design ideas. I feel like I can work anywhere now, all thanks to their guidance, support and rigorous training!
The entire Offbeat team puts you so at ease right from the get-go, here, everyone is always approachable, lending you not just support and ideas, but also such positive reinforcement helping you get through multiple drafts and last moment client changes pseudo-easily. Working, learning, growing & observing with a crazy creative gang is fun, it’s sure as hell offbeat & it’s an experience I’d never trade for anything else.
It’s been quite a long time working with Offbeat, and being a part of the team watching it grow has felt personal. Offbeat is all about the team; each and every member has this offbeat touch that would make one reflect on it. The work culture is amazing, allowing you to work with a perfect balance. Working with good clients is the cherry on top.
I joined Offbeat one and half year ago. Offbeat is not a workplace, it is more than that. I've grown and developed both professionally and personally. The best thing working at offbeat is every single opinion matters and is respected. Creative chaos of the day ends with new learnings and vision towards your work and life.

My time at Offbeat has been immensely rewarding. The comforting work environment and creative projects have fueled both my personal and professional growth significantly. Every hour brings a new learning opportunity, and I'm genuinely glad to be part of this agency.
I've been working at Offbeat as a photographer for almost an year now. Time felt like it flew by so quickly, but not a single moment that I can remember being dull here. I have seen a massive growth in my time management skills. It definitely gets hectic at times but I never felt burdened because the work served as an outlet for me to tap my creative inquisitiveness. Offbeat has been a safe, positive space for me to pitch my ideas and vision across the table and there's always something new to learn from my colleagues. Listening and sharing are the most valued attributes that I've learnt at this agency which definitely taught me the importance of being bound together as a team to deliver quality. Not to mention, Offbeat has an incredible clientele, and working with such esteemed brands has been a privilege.
